I'm using version 20.07.11.45
I'm designing a basic frame (5m) span for a pipe support and when i use the DFF command for checking the deflection there are some issues that i'd like to address

RE: Issues with the DFF command.

All Bentley software for the SELECT subscribers can be downloaded from here: https://select.bentley.com/FulfillmentCenter/en

RE: Issues with the DFF command.

How can I update to the version mentioned?

RE: Issues with the DFF command.

Please upgrade to the latest STAAD.Pro version - build 21.00.02.43 and the results will be as expected.

In the member query box (the one which you opened by double clicking on the member) the deflection results are shown in X, Y or Z axis, however, design check performs the deflection check of a resultant deflection. You can find the resultant deflection in the Beam Relative Displacement Detail table in the Postprocessing mode. The resultant displacement in this table matches with the Deflection value in the Output file in STAAD.Pro build 21.00.02.43.
