After update I can't open models "file path does not exist or inaccessible"

Question

Staad.Pro.Connect edition won't open files I could open before the update. 
 
 Any ideas?

 Some people seem to have problems with very long or complex file paths. Folder rights or virus scanners are also mentioned.

may I find the solution, open your file on your desktop and the name of the yellow file must be in English
