I used groups for generating floor loads but it won't generate the floor loads..Please help. I am not done with live loads, and post processing.. For know I just need help in generating my floor dead load.

Your file is having colinear overlapping beams in the file. Please check and correct the model and then only floor load generation will work fine. You can check it from Utilities> Beam Tools > Overlapping colinear beams.
I am also facing kind of same issue. But I have checked overlapping colinear beams, multiple structures and duplicate nodes, but nothing helps. attaching my model, Kindly help me.

The values that you used for the ranges would need to be adjusted. I have demonstrated it for a couple of load items for the load case 5. You need to follow the same approach for the others. A modified file is attached for your reference.

Check for duplicate beams, overlapping collinear beams
Make sure beams that beams crossing each other are split at their intersection
If you have used YRANGE, make sure that it includes the level at which the floor load is being applied.
