In HSS knife plate connection, the check of Tee stem tensile yielding takes the length of weld 12" even though the length of connection entered is 20". Please advise.That's to say it does not consider any length entered more than 12" for HSS10x10x5/8, however, it does consider it in case I changed the HSS profile to a bigger one.
This issue is corrected in the next version of the program, which will be available in the next few weeks. See image below for output from that version.
