If the project or Job information is not entered before the project is created how is it altered later?
How can the checking engineer add credentials and date to have them show in the report?

Okay, I think I figured this out though it is not described anywhere.. Under the file tab the data may be entered under info and to the right the upper right box the fields may be entered. These fields should be shown differently on this page to emphasize this is where the information can be changed. As it is it simply looks like static data. There should also be a clearer help function as this is not an obvious location for the information to be added or changed. It is a good location but poorly documented.
