I have been working in a RAM SS file in an older version that has recently been updated to a more current version. After upgrading the file, I tried running it, and when I try and run the frame module, an error comes up saying that it failed to load the FEA Library (Bentley.Str.FEALib.DDL) and the analysis stops. We checked the program files on the computer, and there are a few files marked Bentley.Str.XXXXXX, but none of them are FEALib. Do I need to download this file and add it to the program files folder? What should I do next?

Do other files run OK? If so, please send the problem file for review. Secure File Upload
If not, then reinstalling RAM SS sounds like the first thing to try.
Do any of the General criteria matter (especially the option regarding in-core and sparse solvers)?
I just tried another file and I'm having the same issue. Switching the solver type does not fix the problem either. I'll try reinstalling. Thanks.
