I have been facing the issue of the subject. As in the new staad pro. connect edition doesnt include the notional factor in Direct Analysis Method, the Tau-b Issue pops up as an warning. I have attached the model File which shows this warning. Can anyone Help in this regard.

These are not errors/warnings but just notes related to Taub iterations. It does not have any affect on your analysis results. You may use the following SET command towards the beginning of the file, in which case STAAD.Pro would not print these notes
SET NOPRINT DIRECT
UNIT METER KN
Also generally you should use a value between 1 to 10 for the number of iterations. 100 is not required.

Taub is a stiffness reduction factor used in Direct Analysis ( applied to flexural stiffness ). Fore more details please refer to the Chapter C of AISC 360-10 or AISC360-16 specifications.
