I can't open existing stand alone RAM files. This morning I am not able to print results from RAM connect files that I created yesterday.

This error occurs when I try to close RAM after the first two errors.
I updated RAM through the connection client and it works for me now but my coworker updated and he still gets all of the same old errors.
