I am designing a 3 storey building plus roofdeck. At first I am having an ridiculous design and failure due, I thought the design was just right so I tried to redesign it. And it just keep showing same result when I tried experimenting on the loadings and parameters. Same beam failure and etc.

Can someone help me? I don't know if the modeling or parameters or I have a mistake literally on the design, but the designs of bars is ridiculous.
