what is your opinion in layout of tendons for this post-tensioned slab????
notes:
spacing = 1.5 m
max span = 9 m , slab thickness= 250 mm
each tendon contains 5 strands (12.7 mm)
can you suggest span layout to design sections????
With a tool like Ram Concept you can easily try various layouts do determine what's most cost effective. While I have seen some radial type layouts in symmetric structures, I still tend to prefer roughly orthogonal layouts.
