HI Prakash, 
 Please check if the ETABS2016.dll is present in the given path: 
 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Engineering\RCDC\ETABS2016.dll"

If not then you will have to copy the said .dll file from 
 
 "C:\Program Files\Computers and Structures\ETABS 2016\ETABS2016.dll" 
 and copy in the above RCDC folder . Now check if you face the same issue .

Dear Friends, 
 This database file exchange problem is due to "Access Runtime Driver(ARD)" problem in your respective machines as mention by @Ranjana Shinde is a right answer/solution for all of your questions/problems. 
 There are several options available to update ARD in your machine, you just google it "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 & download x86 or x64 bit version" depending upon your machine processor architecture. 
 Uninstall old version of ARD (2007/2010) & All MS Office Applications (if you are installed) from your machine before going to install ARD 2016. 
 Now try to install "Microsoft Access Runtime Driver 2016" which you download by above reply by Ranjana Shinde or you can download by links mentioned below in my replay which are from Microsoft Website. 
 Go to Control panel in your machine & make sure "Microsoft Access Runtime Driver 2016" is installed. 
 Open RCDC application & Check. 
 
 Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB4018295) 32-Bit Edition: 
 www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx 
 
 Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable 
 www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx 
 
 Also you can try to install Microsoft Access Runtime Driver 2016 using command prompt (DOS) with /quite mode option to avoid any GUI installation problem.

 In my machine RCDC is working fine with ETABS 2018.

Hello, 
 Can you please tell me which version of RCDC and Etab you are using and what error are you facing . If you getting the error of unable to read analysis data then you can run the access run time driver which is posted above in my previous reply.

Can u put a screenshot of the error which is not enabling you to import the etabs file. Please raise a Service Request to help you further on this issue .

You need to uninstall the older version of 32 bit from your machine and then try to run the 64 bit . 
 If it dosent work then try to install with this

 I would recommend you to raise your concern through service request or email me at ranjana.shinde@bentley.com. Further i can assist you in a better way . 
 You can try one more time to input the 2010 access runtime driver and check if it works for you.

The solution is quite simple. 
 Run each steps as Admin only 
 Step 1) Uninstall PostgreSQL and microsoft access database 2010 32&64 bit using Revo Uninstaller Pro. 
 Step 2) Delete the folder(PostgreSQL) from program files(86) as well as from My computer-->Manage-->local user-->user-->postgresql. 
 Step 3) Using CCleaner clean the registry. And restart your system (Important) 
 Step 4) Repair your system via https://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html . Run all the steps (Important & optional) 
 Step 5) Download the required files attached for restoration. Ref: https://communities.bentley.com/products/ram-staad/m/structural_analysis_and_design_gallery/274125 
 Step 6) Install the PostgreSQL .exe file by right clicking and click on Run as administrator. 
 Step 7) Download & install Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 32 or 64 bit depending on your OS. 
 Step 8) Restart your system and run rcdc. It will work!!!.

Hi Alugoju, 
 Please note that Etabs 18 files will not be imported in old version of RCDC as the compatibility to Etabs 18 is incorporated from version of RCDC V9.1.1.4. We would recommend you to upgrade your RCDC to the latest version and check if you face the same issue .
