RCDC not responding

Question

3 STOREY APARTMENT WITH ROOF DECK 2.0.STD

have you guys experience this when you set ductile option in RCDC 8.0? 
 RCDC works fine when i set it to special, 
 when I try intermediate option 
 it will stuck in not responding.

As mentioned by you we have checked by both ways (ductility check) with Special as well as Intermediate option , the design was performed without any issue in the program. We would like to know if you have incorporated any other settings in the file so that we can check it again with the new changes as well.

Yes you can reinstall the software one time and check the same . If the issue persist then we would recommend for an remote access via Team-viewer to your machine and investigate issue further .
