RC frame seismic analysis using IBC

hello

i am student working on project Rc frame subjected to seismic forces (ibc) and wind also but i couldn't because most of tutorials are on steel frames and i need to work in rc frames can any one provide some examples

also i dont understand the need to define (rigid diaphragms)  and when should i define them are they related to my moment frame type (special or intermediate moment r frame ) or what exactly

and the deference between static and dynamic seismic analysis
