Beam Failing

Hi STAAD community,

I'm currently designing a curve stair and there's one beam that's failing. Please help me on why this is happening since I tried to do it on a new STAAD file and now it's not failing which makes me doubt I've done something wrong in either of the two LOL.

Please note the STRINGER size is from section wizard. Please change it to C15x40 for simplicity.
