Please help me to get back my legacy editor in newly updated STAAD Connect Edition V22.. Is it possible ?
The old STAAD Editor is not available in STAAD.Pro CE v22.
Thanks for the reply Modestas. Any idea of including in the next version as I feel Legacy Editor is easy to use in my kind of work. ?
There is no such intention of bringing it back as far as I know. But can you please tell me why you are finding it difficult with new editor? Or what are the advantages missing in the new editor which you were able to avail in the old one?

1. New Editor is slow in navigating when handling a huge Boiler Structure STAAD Model (Approx 1 lakh 50 thousand lines).
2. Lot of CUT COPY PASTE work is involved which I feel old Editor handles better.
For Small / Medium Structures this New Editor is good enough.
It would be great if you could upload your model so that we can use that to test and further improve the new editor.
Following are some of the features in the new editor that would help in quicker navigation specially when it comes to large models like the one you mentioned. The tree on the left may be used to directly navigate to any specific section of the input command file without having to scroll through all the commands. In the new editor you can minimize ( or expand ) blocks of commands by cling on these "-" or "+" so that you can only see the commands that you want to see
