Hello .
Model details :
Its a steel structure with the outer frame made of channels (ISMC 300) & the inter connection between channels is made by beams (ISMB 300 ) & angles.
Finally the plates attached to the both the ends (front and back ) of frame.
My doudt : how to create the plate at the ends (i.e two plates with spacing) . I am able to crate the plate only at the mid plane.
Pls. some one help to clear the modeling problem

You may create a rigid links from the center plane to both directions and then create the plates at the ends of those rigid links.

Whether modeled angles will take any load?? How angles and plates connected in model??
In actual case plate is welded to angles on top and bottom side . Whether the model gives the actual physical structure.??

Yes, the forces from the rigid links are transferred to the center line of the member. The only way which I can think of to model the situation which you described is by modeling the angles using the plates as well, but this will be quite time consuming I believe. Maybe other users of this community will suggest some more simple way.

Also my plate thickness is only 3mm whether i can go for surface element..What is difference compared to plate element??
