When I assign a frame as EBF it shows "NOT VALID EBF FRAME" and result either show "Brace is not connected to a valid EBF Beam" or " No links identified". Any suggestion? Also when I assign UBC 94 Wind load it do not show any results but when I define other wind loads it shows result.
RAM Structural System recognizes the configurations shown below as EBF frames. If any other configuration, the frame will not be considered a valid EDF frame and the error that you report will be displayed when attempting to assign the frame type to a beam, column, or brace.
I do not reproduce the problem with UBC 94 wind loads in a test model here. If you do not have the current version of the program (v16.00.01) installed, please try updating and see if that resolves the problem. Otherwise, please share your model using the secure file upload process outlined on the web page below and post back here after it is uploaded.
