I have tried using DA Tilt-up Tool spreadsheet. But it is producing wrong values of OOP BM and showing the width of openings as 0 in most of the panels. If you have some tips to use this tool effectively, It would be highly appreciated and helpful.

Thank you for the clarification on the timeline. I was just at an ACI 318-19 seminar all day yesterday where Dr Wight and Trey went over the code changes. For sure shear equations is going to be big change, hooked bar development length...anyways these changes are going to be interesting communicating to clients...as an footings have just gotten deeper with the code changes....If you are planning to implement the ACI 318-19 changes that would be interesting for us to explore the software further.
