I WOULD LIKE TO ASK HOW TO CHECK SOFT STORY, STIFFNESS CHECK AND DRIFT CHECK IN RAM STRUCTURAL SYSTEM.

In Ram Frame you can use the Report - Story Displacements or Nodal Displacements to get deflections. Process - Results - Drift is also useful for checking at the corners of rigid diaphragms. There is a report called "ASCE 7 Stability Coefficients" report that will also be useful, but we don't directly check for soft-story.
