Why I'm having this error? I'm already done with all the connection then suddenly I got errors and need to reopen.

We saw some file corruption issues a version ago that might have caused your problem, see:

If that's not it, try the backup file (rename from .backup to .rss)

I tested your file using RAM SS 16.01.00.20 and Ram Connection v13.00. I see that the existing connections can't be edited. If you have a .backup file we could check it for possible recovery.
