Try pasting the URL in chrome and check if it works. As i am able to open the same link .

For your reference i am pasting below the procedure mentioned in the link :
If the system gives error in database then PostgreSQL needs to be reinstalled ,kindly download the file for PostgreSQL using the blue Download button on the right and follow the steps given below. Please make sure you are logged in with your Bentley login to be able to Download.
Step 1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from control panel
Step 2) Delete the folder(PostgreSQL) from program files(86) as well as from My computer-->Manage-->local user-->user-->PostgreSQL.
Step 3) Download the required files attached for restoration.
Step 4) Install the PostgreSQL .exe file by right clicking and click on Run as administrator.

Good day. I followed the instructions and was able to download the file. However, when I ran the installer for postgreSQL, an error occured.
It says, Failed to run initdb:255
Need some help.

1) Which installer have you tried first i.e. the .exe or the .msi?
2) Which version of RCDC is installed in your system?
3) Have you raised a SR for this concern ?
4) If not then can you send me the screenshot of the error message on the below email id.
