I am currently experiencing analysis issues relating to a mat slab foundation design. I have modelled the foundation as per the steps presented in the STAAD online tutorials, however, I have received an error notification and no analysis results. I have modelled mat foundations in the past using the same procedure, therefore, I believe this may be a software issue with the current version. I have attached the error warning and the STAAD Foundation file to this correspondence for your reference.

I was able to analyze your STAAD Foundation Advanced model successfully. Which STAAD Foundation Advanced and STAAD.Pro version are you using? You may try copying the SFA file into your local hard disk and running the analysis then to see if that makes any difference.

Good day, it appears there was an issue with the licencing protocol. After speaking to the tech support at my company, I was able to resolve the issue and analyse the model. Thanks for the reply.
