Hello,
I have a RAM Structural System model that I am using the RAM Connection model to design base plates. When I open RAM Connections from RAM Manager I get this error when Connections open:
I click ok and then when I assign a baseplate and then go to design the baseplate the image viewer looks like the image on the bottom. I thought it was just a visual cliche but the base plates stresses and errors on the item still seams off. Do anyone know why this is happening and how I could fix it? I am not sure how to attach the RAM Model but if tell me your email I will forward it to you.
Make sure you are using the latest versions of both programs (RAM SS 16.01.00.20 and Ram Connection 13.01.00.76). I think we fixed the out of scale issue. The load combo problem might have happened if the load case had to be renamed on import into Connection (e.g. because the case name was too long for Ram Connection or used illegal characters). You should be able to edit the load case name to fix it.

Thanks a lot for the help and the quick reply. I first attempted to updated Connections and the problem persist. As for the load case error, I named one as 25yr and it was reading the 25 as part as formula. What i mean by this is it read 0.6 X 25yX as 0.625 X yX. I have updated the load case and made a mental note not to start cases with numbers. After the load case error was resolved everything is performing as expected. Thanks again.
