solid plates and round bar design

Dear sir, 
 
 I am doing a design calculation for cat ladder using solid plates and round bar .But it is not giving me results with utilization ratio?how i can design it.Kindly suggest me method for these profile.stad file is attached. CAT LADDR.std

There is no design available for solid plates and round bars. So you may have to design these type of sections manually. The following wiki has some suggestions ( at the end ) on how to get a design for sections like solid rod
