I am just wondering how to model soft spot on RAM Concept. I have treated them as an opening, however, when we have walls below it doesn't work because the wall won't be attached to the slab. Any ideas?

I don't really know what you mean by a "soft spot", but your options would be to model it as an opening, but then add back a sliver of slab along the walls, or model it using modified behavior (i.e. reduced stiffness). You could also model it with reduced thickness I suppose.
