There were some modeling issues in your file as outlined below
There were a number of nodes not connected to the rest of the structure at elevation Y=1m
There were connectivity issues at a number of locations in your model. For example there was no connection between members 883 and 844 because the member 844 was not split at the node 349. Many such instances existed in your model.
In your reference load 2, there were some floor loads ( as mentioned next ) specified using Y ranges where you did not have any members present

I fixed the above and also added a PERFORM ANALYSIS and CHANGE after the load case 4 and the modified file, uploaded below, now analyzes without errors.
