RAM CONNECTION- 4 vertical bolt row + EN 1993 PRYING ACTION METHOD 1 & METHOD 2

Question

could any one kindly clarifiy what are these option MEthod 1 & method 2 for prying action calculated as per EN 1993 
 
 if you can tell the reference from eurocode or any other document that would be of great help . 
 
 Also if wanted to know if there are any option for 4 vertical rows end plate connection to be implemented in future for EN 1993 and AISC

I think you may refer Table 6.2 of EN 1993-1-8:2005 for the methods of prying action. 
 Regarding 4 vertical rows end plate, can you please show some sketches for what you are trying to get? Also, if you want it to be implemented (if not available) can you please create a service request for the same?
