Hi Thanks for answering this. I just figured it out :) there's an error in my loadings in Staad Pro
The screenshot suggests to increase the size of your footings. Can you try increasing the maximum length and width of your footing and see if the program is able to find out the required footing size or not? You can also attach the .SFA files here so that we can have a look into it.
