If your question is related to RAM Connection, then Pinned Base Plates for EC3 can be design too:
I am asking to define template for BP-Pin.
When creating custom templates for base plates, regardless of code, choose Shear and Moment connector type:
In the Connection Pad details, set the Analysis axis to Major axis.
There is very little difference between a pinned base plate template and a fixed major axis template, both actually allow column Moments to be entered and considered in the design. It's mostly about anchor placement.
