When I try to open an old version RAM model, a warning message pop up saying "An error has occurred while trying to process the command (OPEN FILE)".

For what it's worth I have seen a couple of these cases recently. We are still not sure why. The first thing to test is if one of the backup files works (rename from .bak1 or .bak2 to .cpt).
