Staad RCDC Beam/column are missing

Question

I am new to staad and my analytical model is completed. But whenever I try to launch staad RCDC to design beams or columns I get the message "Beam/columns are missing". Any clues on what's going on ?

Hi Chris, 
 I have checked your staad model in our latest version of Staad Pro Adv CE 22.00.01.39 along with Staad RCDC 08.00.01.23 , i didn't get any message of Beams missing in any of the element(Column or Beam). Would request you to upgrade your software to the latest version and check if the issue still persist.

Hello Chris, 
 I had the same problem some months ago, but we could solve it with a simple change in the OS: check if decimal point is set in Regional configuration with point symbol "." and also Staad config. Next, the beams and columns were recognized. I hope this could help you.

HI Abou, 
 Please note that in Certain Windows OS with Locale setting different than English it is observed that RCDC has problem identifying the Decimal Point Symbol. In the Latest Release the issue has been addressed. Please make the necessary changes as per the instructions given in the attached doc file and check whether the same issue persists.

 i have checked your staad file and found no issues in auto designing of column . Would recommend you to download the latest version of Staadpro CE and check if you face any issues

HI Abou, 
 If you have the administrative login to connection client then you can download the required software from the connection center . If you are not under select subscription then you wont be able to download any latest updates .. Please check with you IT person for the admin rights to download the required updates .

I tried with your model and was able to import the beams at top level i RCDC. 
 
 I am using the latest version 23.0.01.24. Can you please try in this latest version and let me know if that solves the issue.
