Hi all,
When i add plate thickness in metric format, the plate reference name automatically change in to US unit name. For example when i input plate thickness 0.70 m, ref. name should be plate 0.70 in SI unit but they come with Plate 27.56.
Is there anyway we can change the name of the references? It's confusing when we have lots of plates thicknesses in the same project.

If you are modelling in metric unit, please keep the base unit as "Metric". You can change your base unit from "Configure" option.
Thank you for your reply. Do you mean the Configure option in utilities? Can you explain how to do that? my base input unit is Metric by the way.
After opening the STAAD.Pro you will find "Configure" option at the right hand side.
If this is set as metric please change the unit of "section properties" from "Display Options" as shown
