Why is tension in cable not activating?

I am trying to do an analysis with small glass facade held by cables. However I am getting a huge deflection in the middle of the facade. Even I try to increase the tension in cable, it is still giving a huge unrealistic deflection. Maybe someone can have a look at the code? I have tried everything but I am not able to reduce the deflection. Do I need to perform cable analysis which I want to avoid right now though if possible.
