I am sure at one time in STAAD you could request a maximum stress report for members in STAAD. May this be requested in the latest version? Also can a stress range report be requested please ?
You can go to Layouts > Beam Stresses and get the maximum tensile and compressive stresses as shown below for each member and for each load case
