I would suggest updating Structural Synchronizer to version 11.00.00.15 (or at least 10.02.00.06).
I am using V-10.02.01.147.
Not it is posible to open any file, the applicatin fail at this scream
What version of Structural Synchronizer is installed? Can you open one of our sample files to view (C:\Users\Public\Documents\ISM\Sample Files)?
