ISM Fail to inicialited

Hi, tried to open the ISM but it shown the next message, so ISM abort

Please, some advice about it.

What version of Structural Synchronizer is installed? Can you open one of our sample files to view (C:\Users\Public\Documents\ISM\Sample Files)?

I would suggest updating Structural Synchronizer to version 11.00.00.15 (or at least 10.02.00.06).
