Member Design Failed for member in steel structure and also Members get failed in output file

I have designed a steel structures in staad pro. I have some doubts in below

1. I'm getting an error in member designed failed, how to resolve it.

2. In output, Some of my members gets failed and some gets pass how to resolve it and how to optimize the section. please guide me and mention the mistakes I have made.
