Moment Connection in Limcon (bolt group moment capacity)

Dear Bentley, 
 
 For the attached sample moment connection, we have found that limcon is resulting hire moment capacity of bolt group while comparing the same as per the AISC code (refer to comparison in page No. 2 & code reference in page No. 3). 
 Please provide Limcon reference procedure for calculating the bolt group moment capacity.

Thanks, I ran your file in Limcon and I set up a similar file in Ram Connection. In both programs, as you noted, the program is using the distances from the compression flange to the bolt centroid as the moment arms in calculating the moment strength. Application of AISC 360-10 page 7-12 "Case II' is not done as far as I can tell. The code presents this as an optional, more conservative, method as I read it.
