I'm using Ram connections in STAAD V8i. Ratio does not display and has warning status

now using Staad Pro V22. it says
status - not designed. I suppose this is the reason why ratio is not displaying. What should I do?
I think you are dealing with Baseplate connection. If that is the case, then you may find solution from the below link. Please let me know if this helps.
