I am using Staad PRo Connect Eidtion V22 Update 2 with Connection client 10.00.17.10 on windows 10.
Staad pro is switching off where as connection client keep on working receiving license error.
To resolve this issue I need to logout & login again to resolve this matter.
This issue started once i updated to this version.
Looking for assistance in this matter.
Can you please exercise the following steps and let me know the outcome?1. Close all instances of STAAD.Pro.2. Go to Task manager.3. Under Background processes look for Bentley.connect.client for windows and end it.4. Then Under Background processes look for Bentley.Licensing.service for windows and end it.5. Now go to the following location. C:\Users\<User.Name>\AppData\Local\Bentley6. Select 3 folders namely-- Licensing, Logs & Feature tracking.7. Delete them.8. Now start STAAD.Pro as administrator.9. It will ask for CC log in. Provide your email id and password.
