Hello,
I am getting the following warning and am not sure how to resolve it. The node is at a corner of the slab and it is pinned. I am not sure why I am even getting an instability in the My direction if I am not supposed to have any moments due to the pinned condition.
I attached my STAAD model for reference. I've tried to look at forum posts similar to this topic but am still confused on how to approach this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

The warning does not really have any impact on the analysis for your model. The software just finds out that there is no rotational stiffness about Y which is understandable as the supports are pinned. To get rid of the warning, I changed the supports at the corners to FIXED BUT MX MZ. Again this change would not have any effect on the analysis. It would just help in taking care of the warning messages.

Thank you! That seems to resolve my problems for now.
I have the same warning for another model. It's another roof slab model. This time, the joint with the instability is not at a pin support. How would you recommend resolving this?
Thanks.
