Designing Concrete structure on top of steel

Question

I am modeling a building where the first couple stories are steel and then the top stories are concrete with a two way slab. When I go to design the steel I get messages about the load not included from the concrete floors. Is there a way to make it so the loads transfer over from the concrete floors to design the steel transfer level?

RAM Steel determines loads using a simple tributary area analysis, which is designed for one-way decks only and excludes two-way decks. Because two-way decks are not included in the load calculations, any beam or column that is subject to loads from two-way decks cannot be designed in RAM Steel. 
 To work around the problem, you would need to change the columns from gravity to lateral and then analyze and design them in RAM Frame. You can release moments at the ends of those columns to limit their participation in the lateral force resisting system.
