Please help the master node has zero stiffness, I have modell COG of the equipement as master node which is loaded with equipment load but
unfortunately it has warning.

I don't think that you should worry about this warning. It is expected for the nodes which are connected to the remaining structure through the master/slave specification. However, the loading from that nodes is correctly distributed to the slaved nodes.
