Connection Tag Error (Unactivated "Assign")

If you can attach some screenshot and the provide us the steps you performed when you encounter this, it will be helpful for us. Which version of STAAD are you using?

Till then, I am attaching a short video made on V8i version (try opening with VLC or similar) to demonstrate the assignment of connection tags. Hope it helps

I can't click the "Assign" in New connection tag window.

Specifically, when I click the "Add" button, the widow is closed.

My STAAD version is SProV8i SS6, 20.07.11.90.

Actually, I used to utilize connection tag, but I can't suddenly. 

There are some doubtful points.

1. My license status is trial, now. There is license error even though I have structure enterprise license.

2. RAM connection licensce problem. I can't use R.C. even though R.C. license is activated in license management tool.
