slab edges to create a diaphragm in each of the 5 bays

Question

I need to create a separate diaphragm in each of the bays but I am having issues with the slab edge and load distribution. If i align the slab edges along the shared shear wall i get a message that the slab edges are intersecting. If I offset the edges - i get a message regarding the load distribution and the parameter walls? Can I create a separate diaphragm in each of these bays? 
 
 The model: concrete shear walls surround each bay. Walls that have adjacent bays share the same shear wall. The roof framing is steel beams.

In order to model an expansion joint separating diaphragms in RAM SS, the slab edges need to be non-intersecting. For one way deck systems, this generally means that two parallel lines of beams or walls with parallel slab edges and a small gap (at least 1") is required. Maybe this exercise could be accomplished more easily with one all-encompassing slab edge and then just making the diaphragm flexible.
