I cannot use IMPORT/EXPORT features for CIS/2 due to attached error.
Can someone help on that?
Couple of things. First please ensure that you are using the latest STAAD.Pro 22.02.00.26.
Second, there are a few CIS/2 example models provided within the installation path mentioned next
C:\Users\Public\Documents\STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition\Samples\Sample Models\CIS2
Try importing these and see if these work or not. If not, it would most likely be an installation thing. Uninstalling and reinstalling the latest 22.02.00.26 version would be the way to go in that case.
