RAM Concept learning path

Hello all! 
I am having some trouble entering RAM Concept learning paths, whenever I try to launch a video it gives Error loading media : file couldn't be played and I can not download the datasets because the link is broken . Is there is a different sessions or learning materials that i can use ?

    Unfortunately, I am also having some trouble launching the RAM Concept learning videos from the Bentley LEARN Server. As we try to resolve this issue, you may be more successful in accessing LEARN Content from CONNECT Advisor. To access the information, follow the steps below:

    1. Launch RAM Concept CONNECT Edition.
    2. In the RAM Concept Ribbon, click Bentley Cloud Services > CONNECT Advisor.
    3. In CONNECT Advisor, click on the Knowledge Maps & Learning Paths icon. Then, click on the Knowledge Map option from the pull-down menu.
    4. In the Knowledge Maps screen, click on the Designing Concrete Slabs in RAM Concept knowledge map. Navigate to the course that you are interested in and then access the videos/dataset files
      .

    I was successful in accessing the LEARN Content through CONNECT Advisor. Let me know if this works for you. Again, I appreciate your patience.

    NOTE: All of the RAM/STAAD products do have knowledge maps within CONNECT Advisor. To access the knowledge map for each individual product, you will need to launch CONNECT Advisor from that product.
