I am getting this popup message after I clicked on the Design/Analysis button. The foundation was modeled as soil footing. The message was regarding the pile reaction.
This message was supposed to come only when the exchanger is resting on piles. Can you please send us the model for investigation? Is this happening every time you Analyze/Design the model?

I ran this model in STAAD Foundation Advanced 09.02.00.34. I got an error that "Required Length of footing exceeds maximum allowable length....". So I increased the footing length in your model. Now I am able to complete the design without any errors. I am attaching the modified SFA model and calculationsheets for your reference. Please run this model in SFA version 09.02.00.34 and see if that works for you or not. HEAT EXCHANGER.zip
