ERROR IN READING OF MEMBER PROPERTIES

Question

Hi everyone 
 I have created some sections and after assigning while analysis the structure errors are coming related to section properties, reading memeber properties, you can see in the attachment . 
 can you pls help me how to resolve this issue.

Also, you are using IS801 code here, so you need to assign member property as cold form section

Dear User, 
 If you are trying to use IS 801 code, then you should take the properties available in cold formed database. No user provided data is currently supported by the program. IS 811 provides some shapes which are supported in the program. As you are trying to use user defined tube section, design is not supported for that profile. You may analyze the structure and use the forces and moments for further manual calculation.

Currently STAAD.Pro supports only the section types mentioned in IS811. As there is no table for tube section, it is excluded. We also do not support any user defined sections in IS 801. If you can anyway run the file with any type of section and do manual design calculation taking forces from staad. The sections you have used are user defined and not available with me and hence I am not able to run your file. I would request you to raise a service request so that we can take remote and help you directly. 
 Having said this, are you trying to run the file with IS 800 2007 LSD? If yes, can you try running the file with IS 800 (Code Indian) only? If then the file runs well then you need to define user provided sections as general section. Please refer below link for details.
