Can we use the ISM to open a STAAD model on ETABS / Or to create an ISM repository from ETABS model and opening it in STAAD.Pro ?
As far as I know, ETABS does not support ISM.
Is there is a way to import members and loads from ( ETABS model ) and opening it in STAAD ? How is there Interoperability between Bentley products and ETABS ?
Hi, maybe after created an ISM file, you can export to IFC file and then import into Etabs.
what I need is to open Etabs file using STAAD So if export IFC File frrom my Etabs model and then open it in the ISM and then I can open it in STAAD , Is that right ?
What i would do it is something like this, go to Revit open IFC file and with the pluging of Revit for ISM, export to ISM that file open in STAAD.Pro CE.
It is a indirect procedure, but I do not know other way.
